Follow these 3 easy steps to submit your chapbook
to the Slipstream Poetry Chapbook Competition
PLEASE READ DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE UPLOADING YOUR MANUSCRIPT

Fill in all Required Fields:
- Your Name
- Title of Manuscript
- Author's Name
OPTIONAL: You may add additional notes about yourself and the manuscript if you like.

Use the "Choose File" or "Browse" button (below) to locate your chapbook manuscript file on your computer. The submitted file must be a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) document, Rich Text Format document (.rtf), or an Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) document. Manuscript must have a cover page that includes the title of the chapbook, your name, mailing address, and email address.
Submit only one manuscript at a time. If you have an additional manuscript you would like to submit, please fill out another form after you have completed the submission process for the first manuscript.

Click the "Upload" button to submit your file via the UploadThingy app to Slipstream.
Upon successful uploading of your manuscript, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with a link to PayPal, which you can use to submit the required $25 reading fee.
You may use a credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.
PayPal will send you, via email, an electronic payment confirmation, which serves as your receipt.

Only manuscripts accompanied by payment will be considered
